Refund Policy

At Cloquet Youth Basketball Association (CYBA), we understand that plans can change. The following refund policy is intended to provide clarity and consistency for families participating in our youth basketball programs.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cloquethoops@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Full Refund (minus admin fee): Available if requested before the first scheduled practice

Partial Refunds (50%) may be considered if requested after the first practice but within two weeks of the season start, subject to CYBA Board approval.

No Refunds will be issued for requests made after two weeks from the first practice, except under extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family relocation), which will be evaluated by the CYBA Board.

If a uniform has already been ordered or distributed, the cost of the uniform will be deducted from any refund issued.

Unworn uniforms may be returned for a refund, pending condition.

If the season is canceled by CYBA due to low enrollment, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a full or prorated refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
