Celebrating Cloquet Youth Basketball Recognition & Medal Nights
The Cloquet Youth Basketball Association closed out 2025 with two unforgettable evenings of celebration, pride, and community spirit. On December 29 and December 30, young Cloquet ballers from across the program were recognized for their dedication, growth, and hard work throughout the season. These Recognition & Medal Nights highlighted not only individual effort, but the collective strength of a basketball community that continues to grow stronger each year.
From our youngest Kindergarten dribblers to our rising competitors, each athlete was honored for their commitment to improving their skills, supporting their teammates, and representing Cloquet with pride. The energy in the gym was electric, and it was impossible not to feel excited about the future of Cloquet basketball. The talent pipeline is strong, and the passion is unmistakable.
A huge thank you goes out to all of our incredible youth coaches whose time, leadership, and encouragement make this program possible. We also extend our gratitude to Varsity Boys Coach Joe Seymour and Varsity Girls Coach Heather Young for helping coordinate both evenings and for continuing to build a bridge between Cloquet’s youth and high‑school programs.
As we look ahead, one thing is clear: The future of Cloquet basketball is bright.
Thank you to all families, volunteers, coaches, and players for making this year’s Recognition & Medal Nights a success. We can’t wait to see what these young athletes accomplish next.
